Deliveries are made Thursday - Sunday. Our standard delivery ($15) is within 10 miles of 77084. Outside of this range will incur an additional fee. Free pick-up can be made from our home studio in West Houston.

We currently do not offer same-day orders.

Orders must be placed at least 72 hours from the date the arrangement is needed through the ORDER FLOWERS form.

Each design is created with fresh blooms sourced within 24-48 hours of arranging. Each flower's life depends entirely on the type, the recipient’s care, and the environment it lives in. We guarantee peak beauty at least 72 hours from handoff but with proper care, the flowers can last up to a week or more!

1. Upon receiving the arrangement, fill the vase with clean, cool water.

2. It is best to keep flowers away from the sun and heat.

3. Each bloom has a different vase life, remove them once wilted to keep the water clean for the rest of the flowers.

4. Change out the water every 1-2 days.

Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for orders will be provided in full if the cancellation request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Orders cancelled less than 72 hours from the delivery/pickup date are not eligible for a refund.

If there has been an issue with the quality of your order please email us at: meimeadowdesign@gmail.com within 72 hours from receiving flowers with a detailed description of the concern with pictures of the flowers.

We do not offer refunds but if the issue is valid we will exchange the original order with a new arrangement/bouquet.
